The regulatory check focused on compliance with local legislation governing the organization and conduct of gambling, specifically examining adherence to rules regarding the use of gaming software. During the inspection, PlayCity established that the operator utilized software supplied by B2B providers that lacked the necessary local license to operate in Ukraine.
This decision represents another instance of PlayCity enforcing penalties against participants in the Ukrainian market for failing to meet licensing requirements.
