Ashirova stated that the industry is developing at a faster pace than its leaders can achieve professional growth. Many executives at the Head and C-levels reportedly lack proficiency in creating profit and loss statements, calculating unit economics, and effectively managing teams.
According to the expert, this issue stems from professionals advancing through career ladders too rapidly without securing necessary business management knowledge. The rapid expansion of the market has outpaced the implementation of management practices and the internal development of professional competencies within companies.
This situation introduces additional risks for operators, who now encounter greater difficulties in identifying leaders capable of effectively directing expanding teams and financial performance.
