FUT is close to finalizing the transfer of Alvaro SunPayus Garcia, who is currently benched by G2, according to HLTV sources. SunPayus is expected to take over the primary AWP role from Nikita cmtry Samoylov. The player has been inactive in official matches since June, when G2 moved him to the bench and subsequently brought in Artem r1nkle Moroz.
Before settling on the experienced SunPayus, FUT also evaluated other snipers, including Heinrich sl3nd Hevesi, who underwent a trial, and Alan flayy Krupa.
Should the newcomer join, FUT's roster will feature Dmytro dem0n Miroshnychenko, Aulon Krabeni Fazlija, Džiugas dziugss Stepanovičius, Yasin xfl0ud Koç, and Alvaro SunPayus Garcia, with András coolio Fercsak serving as coach.
PGL Masters Bucharest 2026, featuring a prize pool of $1,250,000, is scheduled as the team's next tournament and will run from October 24 to 31.
