FIRST Level Up Loyalty Program: Levels, Playback, Dolekrut and Status Transfer

Level Up is FIRST’s tiered loyalty program. Account progression is linked to deposits: each deposit fills a dedicated level bar, and moving to the next tier changes the parameters of several program features.

First

Level Up also includes the Dolekrut mechanic with a super spin and a Status Transfer option for users who already have a tier in another loyalty program.

In Brief

  • Level Up has five tiers: Beginner, Player, Gamer, Pro and Chosen.
  • Each deposit contributes to the level progress bar.
  • The current tier must be confirmed every 30 days; otherwise the account moves back one level.
  • Playback ranges from 5% to 15%, with the corresponding limit increasing from 10,000 to 100,000.
  • Status Transfer allows an existing loyalty status from another platform to be matched to a FIRST Level Up tier after verification.

How the Level Up System Works

Level Up uses a separate progress bar for account status. Each deposit increases its progress. Once the bar is completed, the account moves to the next tier.

A level is not permanent. Every 30 days, the progress bar must be completed again to keep the current status. If that does not happen, the account returns to the previous tier.

For broader information about registration, account features and other areas of the platform, see the FIRST review on LuckAtlas.

Levels and Playback

FIRST uses the term Playback for one of the Level Up program parameters. Its percentage and maximum limit depend on the current tier.

  • Beginner: Playback 5%, limit up to 10,000.
  • Player: Playback 7%, limit up to 30,000.
  • Gamer: Playback 10%, limit up to 40,000.
  • Pro: Playback 13%, limit up to 60,000.
  • Chosen: Playback 15%, limit up to 100,000.

The current rules also list additional features for the upper tiers, including personalized bonuses and gifts. The exact parameters of individual offers can change with later revisions of the program rules.

Dolekrut and the Super Spin

Dolekrut uses a separate progress bar. Each slot spin contributes to that bar, and once it is completely filled, a super spin becomes available.

Under the current rules, one super spin can be obtained. Its availability can be checked in the personal account. Because this mechanic may be updated, the current rules should be checked before relying on a specific parameter.

How Status Transfer Works

Status Transfer is intended for users who already have a level in another loyalty program. Instead of starting from the first Level Up tier, they can submit proof of their existing status for review.

The process requires a registered and verified FIRST account. The user then contacts support and provides evidence of the status held in another loyalty program. After the information is reviewed, that status can be matched to the corresponding Level Up tier.

Takeaway

Level Up combines several separate mechanics: tier progression, Playback, Dolekrut and Status Transfer. The main point to keep in mind is that the current tier is not permanent and must be confirmed every 30 days.

Because individual limits, bonuses and program conditions can be revised, current values should be checked against the latest FIRST rules.

FAQ

How long does a Level Up tier remain active?

The current tier must be confirmed every 30 days. If the level progress bar is not completed again during that period, the account moves back to the previous tier.

How many levels are there?

Level Up currently has five tiers: Beginner, Player, Gamer, Pro and Chosen.

Can a status from another loyalty program be transferred?

Yes. Status Transfer allows a user to submit proof of an existing loyalty status. A registered and verified FIRST account is required, and the request is handled through the support team.

How does Dolekrut work?

Each slot spin contributes to a separate Dolekrut bar. Once the bar is full, a super spin becomes available. Under the current rules, one super spin can be obtained.
