Measuring 166 square meters, the property was purchased in the summer of 2024 for 9.65 million kroner. This created a difference of 1.85 million kroner, or about 300 thousand dollars, between the purchase and selling prices. However, the actual profit may be lower due to potential expenses for repairs and property maintenance.

The initial listing price for the house was 12.998 million kroner. After being reduced to 12.25 million weeks later, an agreement to sell for 11.5 million was reached on September 10.

Previously, the Danish player also sold an apartment in Copenhagen for 4.35 million kroner after acquiring it for 3.8 million in 2021. Currently, device plays for 100 Thieves, following previous stints with Astralis and Ninjas in Pyjamas.
