SlotCity Loyalty Program “City Path”: Levels, City Back and CITY VIP
SlotCity City Path is a loyalty program with 12 levels, 100 stages, XP, SlotCoins, the City Wheel, City Back and a separate CITY VIP section. As the level increases, the available benefits improve: the City Back percentage rises, wagering requirements decrease, reward limits increase and VIP privileges become available.
Under the current rules, every 10 UAH wagered from the real balance in qualifying slots earns 1 XP and 1 SlotCoin. City Back becomes available from Level 5, CITY VIP starts at stage 9.1, and the maximum City Wheel jackpot on higher levels reaches 1,000,000 UAH.
This page focuses specifically on the SlotCity loyalty program. Full platform details are covered in our SlotCity review, while separate bonus and free-spin offers are covered on the SlotCity free spins page.
Program terms checked on October 5, 2026. SlotCity may update levels, rewards and bonus parameters, so current values should be checked in the account before activation.

How XP and SlotCoins Are Earned
XP is used to progress through City Path stages and levels. Under the current rules, every 10 UAH wagered from the real balance in qualifying slots earns 1 XP and 1 SlotCoin.
XP controls level progression, while SlotCoins work as the program’s internal virtual currency. They can also be earned through missions, the City Wheel, selected promotions, tournaments and giveaways.
Which Games Do Not Earn XP or SlotCoins?
XP and SlotCoins are not awarded for wagers in games from Enjoy Gaming, Evolution, Platipus Live, Pragmatic Play Live and Spinner Live. Progress is based on qualifying wagers made from the real balance in eligible slots.
City Path Levels and City Back
The most commercially significant mechanic in the program is City Back. It becomes available from Level 5. As the user moves up the loyalty levels, the City Back percentage increases while the wagering requirement decreases.

*The current rules also provide a No-Wager City Back option at Level 12. Check the exact conditions in the account before activation.
How City Back Is Calculated
City Back is calculated for the calendar week. The base is defined as deposits minus payouts minus the current real balance. If the result is positive, it is multiplied by the City Back percentage assigned to the current level. If the result is zero or negative, City Back is not credited.
City Back is credited as a bonus and must be activated manually in the account’s bonus section. Under the current rules, calculation and crediting take place on Mondays between 10:00 and 13:00 Kyiv time.
SlotCoins and the Bonus Shop
SlotCoins can be exchanged in the Bonus Shop for rewards, bonuses and extra spins available under the current program rules. The exact shop selection depends on the loyalty level and the current contents of the program.
Completing new stages can also unlock additional opportunities in the City Wheel. Reward type and value depend on the user’s current level.
City Wheel: Rewards and Jackpot up to 1,000,000 UAH
The City Wheel is linked to loyalty progression. Completing a new stage can provide an additional wheel spin. Possible rewards may include bonuses, free spins, SlotCoins and spins for other mini-games.
Reward limits increase with the level. The City Wheel jackpot starts from 5,000 UAH on lower levels and reaches up to 1,000,000 UAH on higher levels. Exact limits and prize types depend on the current status.
CITY VIP: What Unlocks from Stage 9.1
The VIP segment begins at Level 9. The first CITY VIP stage is 9.1. The four VIP groups are Knight of the Order, Master of the Order, Magister of the Order and the final City Legend status.
At VIP levels, the City Back percentage increases, its wagering requirement decreases and reward limits rise. SlotCity also lists additional CITY VIP privileges, including personalized offers and other features that depend on the current status and program version.
What Happens If You Do Not Level Up for 30 Days?
City Path progress is tied to activity. If the next stage is not reached within 30 calendar days after the last level-up, the system may partially reduce the current progress.
If the account is on the first stage of a level, a downgrade may move it to the first stage of the previous level. At stages 2–9, the downgrade reduces progress by one stage within the current level. A lower level can also change the associated benefits.
City Path, SlotCity Bonuses and Promo Codes Are Different Mechanics
City Path is an ongoing loyalty and progression program. It does not replace separate SlotCity promotions. Free spins, the Welcome Pack and other bonus offers have their own rules and are covered separately.
For current free-spin offers, see our SlotCity free spins page. The separate LuckAtlas promo code is explained on the SLOTATLAS promo code page. Registration, games, payments, mobile access and general platform conditions are covered in the SlotCity review.
